20 Price Point Mechanism

To reward long-term supporters and limit speculative volatility, HST will follow a 20 Price Point Growth Model, targeting a final price of $20.00.

How It Works:

• Token value increases through 20 pre-defined price levels (starting from $0.20, ending at $20.00).
• At each new price milestone, 5% of a token holder’s balance becomes unlocked and eligible for cash-out or transfer.
• This creates a controlled, performance-based release schedule for liquidity.

LOCK-UP AND VESTING

• Tokens will unlock progressively based on price milestones, structured across 20 levels.
• The first 5% of the Token Entitlement will unlock when the Token reaches $0.50 USD on a recognized exchange.
• Each additional milestone (equally spaced up to the 20th) will unlock another 5% of the Token Entitlement. After all 20 milestones are reached, 100% of the Tokens will be unlocked.

Example: Investment Terms and Unlock Structure

In the event of an investment of USD 20,000 in HST Sport Tokens at the pre-sale price of USD 0.20 per token, the following terms shall apply:

• Investment Amount: USD 20,000
• Pre-sale Token Price: USD 0.20
• Total Tokens Allocated: 100,000 HST Sport Tokens

Unlocking and Value Realization:

The tokens shall be subject to a performance-based unlocking mechanism. For each predefined price point reached in the open market, 5,000 tokens (equivalent to 5% of the total allocation) shall become available for transfer or sale by the investor. The value of the unlocked tokens will correspond to the token’s market price at the time of each unlock.
